We are proud to announce that Skilljar’s customer training platform is an official certified partner in the Okta Application Network (OAN). While we have already supported Okta for several months, being part of the official OAN means that companies can now add Skilljar Single Sign On (SSO) through the Okta administrator dashboard, and the process is also more streamlined.
Using Single Sign On provides many benefits to both trainees and administrators. Trainees can reuse existing credentials without having to remember another username and password. For administrators, you can manage and sync identities separately from the learning management system (LMS).
Skilljar is happy to support multiple identity providers like Okta, as well as direct SSO protocols like SAML 2.0 (including Salesforce and Active Directory), OAuth2, and web tokens. For more information, please reference our help articles:
