New Data Fields in Salesforce & Gainsight Integrations

Our Salesforce managed package and Gainsight integration now offer expanded data fields, providing deeper insights into your program—particularly for Virtual Instructor-Led Training (VILT).

Here’s what’s new:

• Multi-Session Event Data: If a learner registers for multiple sessions, track attendance & engagement across each session.
• VILT Waitlist Registration Updates: Get real-time updates on waitlist changes (registrations, cancellations, approvals).
• Total Seats Data for ILT Sessions: Monitor class capacity and attendance trends.
• “Due_at” Field for Course Enrollments: Leverage the existing "Due_at" field from Skilljar, now available in your integrations for deadline monitoring and analysis.

How can you get these new fields?

Salesforce Integration:
