This week, we’re profiling SmashFly, a recruitment marketing platform combining a recruiting CRM, career site, recruiting event management, referrals, and more.

Prior to partnering with Skilljar, SmashFly trained its customers through a 3-hour, instructor-led training program delivered four days per week. The company had also developed and piloted an industry certification course, delivered as a series of instructor-led, virtual sessions. While effective, both of these programs required significant time and resources investments and SmashFly was struggling to find the resources and capacity to deliver live training on an ongoing basis.

With Skilljar, SmashFly re-launched it’s industry certification program and introduced SmashFly University to streamline and convert its live class content into an on-demand format.
