Last week, I, along with several other Skilljar team members, traveled down to sunny San Diego for the Technology & Services World Conference (TSW), hosted by TSIA. TSW is a one-of-a-kind event bringing technology Services, Sales, and Product Teams together to network and learn about the latest tech industry trends.

At Skilljar Connect 2018, we received overwhelmingly positive feedback about how helpful and empowering it was to meet and network with other Skilljar users and members of the Customer Education community. While we are looking forward to meeting again in-person at Skilljar Connect 2019 (November 4th and 5th in Seattle), we also wanted to create an online forum where we could keep the dialogue going throughout the year.
