I'm so excited to welcome Sara Robba as our new Customer Success Manager at Skilljar! Sara's already begun supporting our new and existing customers with onboarding and is helping us build out and scale our customer success plans as we continue to grow our team. Her excellent support skills combined with her drive of process improvement will help us become even stronger thought leaders in the customer training industry and I'm so excited to have her part of our success team!

I'm very excited to welcome Adrienne Domingus to the Skilljar team as our Associate Software Development Engineer! Adrienne recently returned to Seattle from Denver, where she spent the first part of her career with the Denver-area public schools in operational and training roles. After several years, she decided to change careers and went back to the Turing School of Software & Design because she loved building systems and software. Originally from the Pacific Northwest, Adrienne has already proven that she's taken to software development like a duck to water.

Adrienne will be managing technical relationships with our clients and assisting with their configuration, solutions, and setup. She'll also be supporting the engineering team on various development tasks, and will work directly with clients to troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical issues.

I'm very excited to welcome Linda Schwaber-Cohen to the Skilljar team as our new Training Manager! Linda comes from an education background and will be sharing her learned best practices to help our own customers be even more successful with their training programs.

We're also very excited to announce that Linda will be creating a brand new Skilljar learning center for our customers! She will be showing off all the bells and whistles of what Skilljar can do, and we're looking forward to leading the way our customers and other companies deliver customer training.

I'm very excited to introduce Matt Buchan, our new Director of Finance and Operations at Skilljar! I had the great privilege of working with Matt while at Amazon, and am absolutely thrilled to be doing it again. There is an incredible amount of back-office operations at a rapidly growing SaaS startup - financial planning and analysis, data and metrics, forecasting, bookkeeping and controllership, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, invoicing, income and sales tax, not to mention all the other corporate functions (HR, IT, procurement, facilities, compliance, and more). In just 1 week, Matt has already taken over these responsibilities and is making an enormous impact.

Matt is originally from Seattle and has spent the last year on sabbatical traveling the world. I have also recently learned that he is "virtually unbeatable at Bananagrams," and as a former Jeopardy contestant and American Crossword Puzzle Tournament participant myself, I heartily accept the challenge!

I am delighted to introduce Molly Barber, our Customer Success Manager at Skilljar! Molly actually started with us last June, but has been so busy taking care of our customers that she just got around to her new hire blog post (better late than never).

The interesting consequence is that customers themselves can share how much they've enjoyed working with Molly:

Whether Molly is humming along to Adele, dreaming up new crafts, surprising us with light-up sweaters, reorganizing our tea supply, trying to adopt cats named Potato, or simply troubleshooting a Marketo integration, Molly is truly a gem to work with. I have personally been in awe of her organization skills, her ability to interact with customers, and her constant thirst to learn new information.

Meet her in person at Gainsight Pulse in May this year! Molly will be attending on behalf of Skilljar.

We're excited to introduce Heidi Grey, our new Business Development lead at Skilljar! Heidi is responsible for sharing the Skilljar story with prospective clients and helping them navigate their LMS search. As described below, Heidi has a unique story - she was actually a Skilljar trainee at her previous company, TUNE. As a result, she was able to personally experience the benefits of sharing Skilljar-powered training with her customers (check out TUNE's site at academy.tune.com).

Originally from the Seattle area, Heidi has an amazing positive spirit, a customer-first personality, and an in-depth understanding of technical subjects. In addition to working in technology sales, Heidi started her career in retail sales, so is very experienced with customer care. As a former collegiate soccer player, Heidi is also very collaborative, competitive, and an incredible team player.

We are thrilled to have Heidi aboard. She is truly raising the bar for our team. Welcome Heidi!
